● Ensure and implement annual services increment for workers outside the Kingdom. such as Europe - USA - ASIA - AFRICA - MIDDLE EAST.
● Updates staff information pertaining to the salary increase, promotion, merit increment.
● Undertakes increments, new salary scales and other rewards simulations and makes all necessary corrections before the live runs.
● Enter all the monthly expenses for flights mechanics in the SAP system based on their flight hours.
● Registration of bank account data for new employees in the system.
● Transferring the bank account to another bank after making sure there are no Financial obligations.
● Coordinate with Finance department to make an order (DME) in the system to issue checks or direct transfer of the account in some cases.
● Adoption of all types of vacations including (study leave - exceptional leave- sick leave and industrial injury).
● Compensation of Vacations balances in case of end of service.
● (Administrator) on the FIngerprint systems within the company to activate new employees and re-activation of existing employees in the event of a malfunction.
