Care Forward Plan

Design and Technical Support (Apr. 2025 - Present)

The JHAH Care Forward Plan (formerly called Decongestion Plan) is a multi-year plan designed to maximize clinical space on Dhahran campus. The goal of the plan is elevate access to care, enable the Centers of Excellence (CoE) and enhance the patient journey.

The Care Forward Plan was developed through an evidence-based study conducted by JHAH SME during 2024 and endorsed by the JHAH Board of Directors for execution.

Major milestones in the project will avail an increase of inpatient beds, clinic rooms, new equipment, and new services at JHAH.

Program Objectives

  • Expand in-patient beds and outpatient clinics capacity
  • Enhance the patient Journey across the different services
  • Enable JHAH CoE growth and performance
  • Maximize utilization of physical space for clinical work

Leadership Role

Acting Southern Area Operation Director (Dec 2023 - Feb 2024)

Selected to serve as the Acting Southern Area Operations Director for a three-month assignment, providing executive leadership and operational oversight for healthcare facilities across Al-Hasa, Abqaiq, Udhailiyah, and SPARK Clinic. Directed multidisciplinary teams and ensured the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered services while maintaining operational excellence and supporting organizational objectives.
