In addition to FM Terminal 5 & Private Aviation Senior Manger tasks & responsibilities:

• Comprehensive contracts management and yearly contract closure.
• Small projects management.

• Monitoring and managing Terminals' day-to-day maintenance & operations activities.
• Evaluating service provider performance and ensuring their compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all terminal facilities are adequately maintained, including buildings, electrical systems, mechanical/electro-mechanical systems, and specialized systems.
• Reviewing and checking that maintenance plans applied to relevant systems are aligned with asset life cycle design for optimum efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure terminals facilities, services, and utilities are provided efficiently and effectively by FM service provider through validation, monitoring, and inspection.
• Ensuring that FM team shall monitor an adequate balance of consumables in stock to carry out maintenance activities.
• Dealing with spotted threats & opportunities and escalating if needed to other departments for assistance or further action.
• Ensure that all works carried out within confines of terminals and associated areas are well coordinated and will not introduce new or increase existing risks to effectively managing airport operations.
• Response to emergency and ensuring well-prepared business continuity plans
• Working with relevant stakeholders, ensure robust supply chain management by inspecting spare parts and materials stocks to mitigate risk and not compromise airport operations.
• Ensuring continuous improvement and working to spread the culture of that concept.
• To ensure that data and information requirements are robust and provide sufficient confidence to internal and external stakeholders in managing RAC assets.

In addition to Utilities & HVAC Engineer tasks & responsibilities:

• Managing Ad-hoc small projects.
• Preparing RFP.
• Reviewing Contractor-submitted documents such as mechanical job plans.
• Work on contract closing.
• Work on SNAG closing.

• Inspection and checking mechanical systems status.
• Attending corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Reporting Noncompliance and systems status.
• Revision of quotations, material issuing requests, materials turn-in requests, tools permits, Incident reports, and season readiness plans. In addition to new materials verification & Receiving
• Response to Emergencies.
• Coordinating with stakeholders in addition to assisting and supporting other departments.
• Projects RFP mechanical scope of work revision and handover tasks.

• International and aviation training courses.
• On-job training in addition to department rotation.
