  • Prepared the project time schedule (Baseline and updated project schedules based on the contract by planning tools (Primavera P6) in coordination with PMs and submitted it to the consultant
  • Participating in preparing the company's annual budget (preparing the expected cash-in & cash-out for the projects in coordination with cost control department
  • Prepare and submit (cash-flow, man-hours & equipment histograms
  • Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
  • Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress, and identify points of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery

  • Preparing the reports for GM in his meetings with client and attending some of it as needed
  • Daily follow-up for the work-flow of the projects by our on-line follow-up system
  • Daily follow-up for all the obstacles may happen in the projects, and taking quick action to solve it in coordination with the other departments in the head-office
