Working on Research and Development department in KACST, the main role was to design sophisticated Power-on Reset circuit, the process was comprehensive, starting with electrical design (Front-end) then physical design (Back-end) and make necessary tests like DRC and LVS and eventually to tape out where it can be fabricated, using 130nm PDK technology. Moreover, open access EDA tools was used, namely, Xschem-NGspice, Magic, and NetGen, the project achieve a novel contribution with 30% reduction of chip's area compare to the conventional designs.
Design and implementation of precise and accurate Fall-detection using both Arduino Nano 33BLE and edge impulse to deploy deep learning convolutional neural networks model in Arduino processor, the project achieve overall 98% accuracy.
