• Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion Project, Mech/Tie-ins & Revamp Unit

1- Managed & led construction piping erection, process static & rotating equipment activities at browen field.

2- Managed & led preparation and execution of above ground piping tie-in packages including tie-in procedure, method of statement & job safety analysis.

3- Obtained required approval from all stakeholders for more than 91% of project above ground Piping Tie-ins.

4- Led all civil works related to Piping Tie-ins and expedited required foundations and steel structures erection.

5- Demonstrated communication and management skills by successfully led and managed a joint workshop with Proponent, PMT and CONTRACTOR, that lead to obtain the approval of all project hydro test waivers (Golden Joints) as per SAES-A-004.

6- Expedited obtaining stakeholders approval for project valve testing facility at TCF area in a timely manner, which allowed tie-ins with critical valves to be executed.

7- Saved time & cost by introducing and implementing 2 innovation ideas such as Vacuum Excavator technology.

8- Saved time & cost by discovering several clashes between existing facilities and new facilities.

9- Managed & led civil & underground infrastructure activities at brown field.

10- Resolved several non-conformities in Mechanical engineering design, construction and commissioning activities.
11- Responded to technical queries submitted by Contractor in a timely manner.

• Hawiyah Gas Plant Expansion Project, Early Work Unit

1- Managed & Led construction, test & commission activities of Hawiyah Gas Plant temporary fence including CCTV cameras, lightings, & IDAS system in coordination with Aramco Industrial Security (Engineering & Operation) & HGP team.

2- Worked closely with all stakeholders to coordinate site work and resolve issues.

3- Supervised contractor to enforce adherence to Aramco regulations and work safety guidelines.

4- Supervised contractor work processes and adherence to project schedule & budget.

5- Saved cost by re-designing temporary material storage area in compliance with Aramco standard.
