Work as PM to all 4 regions at CMS portal for MDT submissions. In parallel answering the questions raised by STC Operation and coordinating with (TNOC / ANOC / DNOC / FTTx NOC / NNCC / SAM & Wholesale) to clear the technical queries prior to minimize the risk at STC network.
PMO lead for all related OSP projects at STC (Data Center Mena Hub, Disaster Recovery, Metro, LDN, Relocation, Junction, Customer Jobs, Contingent Projects such as DC03 and ETAC…. etc.)

Managing Riyadh Metro Project and Shifted all STC network which conflicted with Metro ongoing projects. Relocate the network from existing location to new proposed location and completed all 94 Metro stations with proper coordination of ADA (Al Riyadh development authority) and RCRC (Royal Commission for Riyadh City) Contractors BACS / FAST & New Mobility and implementing almost 90 stations.
Process enhancement (Relocation, MDT, third party damages…etc.) as well as handling all the effected stakeholders, also advising for the OSP processes and finalizing the flow charts and matrix with each responsible party involved.
Monitor and study STC projects (expansion, new or dismantling)
Preparing plans to avoid risks which might affect Customer experience, including identifying and analyzing risks, making recommendations for mitigating those risks and developing plans for managing such risks.
Defined risk profiles for each project and prepared contingency plans to minimise business risk.
Coordination with all stakeholders (ministry, Baldiyah, ….) as well as Communicating with Customers and vendors to ensure STC goals and overall experience.
Conducting physical Site visits under Riyadh Metro locations to check the STC Contractors on going work and leading all required teams as well providing the technical support as STC SPOC prior to finish the job. Also arrange the JV for STC Contractor via BPM portal for final acceptance and handing over the job to STC Operation
Attending and contributing to the weekly CAB meeting with STC Operation to find the way for more effective way for MDT (Maintenance Down Time) process. Also analyzing the provided documents from districts with help of different software like (TTAC IPMPLS, NPTS & ISOW) to provide the support to all four regions (CENTRAL / EAST / SOUTH / WEST) for MDT submission at CMS portal.
