• Act as the HSE champion, promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System in line with national and international standards.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employee’s at all organizational levels.
• Over see daily HSE activities of team members to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to develop effective HSE strategies aimed at risk reduction.
• Review existing HSE policies and programs and recommend continuous improvements.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, and site visits to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant working environment.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate control measures.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, spills, and environmental nonconformities.
• Prepare reports and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Provide professional HSE advice and guidance to site management, supervisors, and workforce.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and client requirements.
