• Attending all HR (weekly and monthly progress meetings) with PMT Saudization and WEI Departments whether in Khobar, Tanajib, Ras Tanura or Jubail regarding Saudization and WEI monthly reports and all HR related topics and coming up with final solutions with my HR team.
• Working with SAPMT VMS in the site office and via Zoom meetings to make sure the workflow is on time.
• Following up with all PKG17 employees OJT and trainees IDP and responsible for Saudization monthly report / schedule S to deliver it and discuss it with SAPMT monthly via email or in site location weekly meetings.
