HR Manager MGSIII Project PKG6 ( 2024 - Present )

Assigned to this position by Sinope Corp. and approved by ARAMCO.

Responsibilities:

• Training Development and Optimization: Led the strategic enhancement of training programs and plans, aligning them with both organizational and client objectives and industry best practices, thereby ensuring that team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Progress Monitoring and Evaluation through weekly and monthly progress meetings.

• Facilitated weekly progress meetings to critically assess milestones, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations aimed at driving continuous improvement.

• Comprehensive Reporting: Compiled, analyzed, and presented detailed monthly reports to SAPMT, effectively communicating critical performance indicators and strategic insights that inform decision-making processes and drive organizational success with the compliance of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Attending all HR (weekly and monthly progress meetings) with PMT Saudization and WEI Departments whether in Khobar, Tanajib, Ras Tanura or Jubail regarding Saudization and WEI monthly reports and all HR related topics and coming up with final solutions with my HR team.

• Working with SAPMT VMS in the site office and via Zoom meetings to make sure the workflow is on time.

• Following up with all PKG17 employees OJT and trainees IDP and responsible for Saudization monthly report / schedule S to deliver it and discuss it with SAPMT monthly via email or in site location weekly meetings.

Project Coordinator under HR Department(2020 - 2022)

Responsibilities :

• Filtering CV's.

• Holding Candidates Interviews.

• Hiring Process and Follow OJT and IDP for trainees.

• Following with all Saudi employees HR related requests.

• Keeping the time sheet and coordinating between the employees’ trainees and the project management.
