Current role and responsibilities as sr boardman Oversee and ensure safe smooth and efficient operation of process plant and utilities system, Operates control panel to regulate temperature, pressure, rate of flow.

it also includes hand over and takeover of any equipment in the plant for to PM,CM or any other required job.

The role was to look after BFW system, Boiler of 150T capacity, Cation Anion trains , Polishers ,Acid and Caustic system ,Nitrogen , sea water, and Ammonia Storage.

The unit was having high speed condensing and back pressure type turbines, Heavy pumps.

As a field operator I was looking after CO2 Compressors ( PD Compressors, Back Pressure type turbines driven),Heavy Ammonia and Carbamate pumps,High Pressure urea Reactor,Ammonia Storage Drum.

In the normal Operation hand over and take over the equipments to other interfaces for to PM,CM or any other job.
