- Monitoring building alarms such as Fire Alarm, Aircon, Elevators, Lights, CCTV Camera, Medical Gas, and Vacuum Pump and ensure to inform immediately to corresponding department maintenance
- Monitor and checking the present mechanical status of the following equipment’s: AHU, chillers, water pumps, exhaust fan and others

- Make a ticket for Preventive Maintenance Routine (PMR) for all technicians
- Update trouble ticket as per report from technician and related groups
- Sent email for the outages and daily alarms in every shift
- Submit accomplishment report in every shift
- Maintain a line of communication between the personnel at the field and other departments to ensure that everything will be under control
- Ensure all members of the team concern to adhere to the department’s satisfaction standards and service level
- Coordinate the activities or tasks of the personnel at the sites
- Deal w/ people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tack, and professionalism.
