• Performed thermodynamic and kinetic analysis on the reforming section to maximize hydrogen yield.
• Simulated and compared multiple process configurations in Aspen HYSYS to enhance overall energy efficiency and economic feasibility of the combined system.
• Independently developed the comprehensive process flowsheet from concept to completion, defining all unit operations and material/energy streams.
