A Middle Eastern railway operator launched a comprehensive spending efficiency and cost transformation program to enhance operational excellence and long-term financial sustainability in alignment with national strategic priorities.

• Conducted function-level benchmarking across shared services (headcount, spans of control, layers), identifying cost-saving opportunities

• Led coordination of a national enrichment program for high-potential students, overseeing parent engagement, student welfare, resident assistant supervision, and organization of educational field experiences.

A governmental healthcare procurement entity in Middle East, sought to transition its procurement operations from distributors to direct engagement with manufacturers. The project encompassed three key workstreams, through which we delivered a spend analytics report, developed strategic category strategies, and conducted an in-depth assessment of national healthcare regulations
