I am married and have four children, after being fortunate enough to spend the last five years at home with our youngest child I am ready and eager to re-enter the workforce as she starts school in the new year. I consider myself to be an organised person, effective with time management, requiring often to manage more than one task at a time both personally and professionally. I am an avid reader and I tend to pick up new things quickly. I believe that a good sense of humour and a positive attitude are qualities that are essential in working within a team environment. I am self motivated with customer service experience in both the Financial and Travel industry.

Co-Created a School Banking programme on behalf of the Mount Gambier & District Community Bank.


Our 8 week programme consisted of 1 hour weekly visitations to two local schools, these pre planned and carefully considered sessions were based on the basics of banking and were: reading/checking statements, savings ideas, banking history, card safety, budgeting and loans.


Skills from this role:

  • Self motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Effective time management, due to having to meet my normal targets and responsibilities in my Customer Relationship Officer role.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Worked well with my colleague in the team setting, as well as the school teachers and students.
  • Passionate about teaching the students the importance of basic banking practises as a life skill.
  • Organisation at a high level. Making sure all pre planned material was ready for the next session.

Our school banking programme was then handed over to the Bendigo Bank in 2017.
