Hospitality Project:

• Developed the kickoff meeting that was presented to the client
• Benchmarked over 50 resorts around the world in order for us to choose the optimal categories that our client desire

Capex Integration Project:

• Took responsibility for the weekly update by collecting data from each workstream to navigate next steps and upcoming goals

• Managed the KSA Network team in an Internal PwC Project that is creating a mental wellness Platform for a better work life balance by securing the KSA team to provide certified Mental Health professionals to embed their content into the platform
• Interviewed mental health providers such as clinics and psychologists to be part of the platform to ensure their qualification and under the criteria that we desire
• research for new content and topics to create consisted connection to the viewer

G20 :

• Oversaw tracking presidency policies and coordinating with various stakeholders and official delegates from different government entity, participated in assessing the readiness of the delegates and handled weekly reports and daily conciliations dashboard of the overall project to insure the optimal track
• Worked as PMO coordinator in the Policy Team where participated in identifying milestone for the Health Policy Team. In addition, took charge of tracking Health meetings readiness from different perspective and pinpoint items of concerns to develop an effeciant plan
• Exposed to various of cultures and created a strong long-lasting relationships with a variety of people around the world to ensure the right hospitality was brought to the right culture during the G20 event
• Prepared G20 Health Working Group Sherpa’s Presentation which was presented to his excellency
• Created Road Maps for the Central Team to track the G20 meetings status on weekly basis
• Created task tracker that lists all the important attendee performance during the simulation to compare improvements between simulations to notify improvement points
