Development Authorities Support Center (DASC) – Urban Sector Center (USC), Saudi Architecture

  • Coordinate with the relevant entities (e.g, consulting entities, government entities, etc.) ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Supported in establishing Urban Sector Center within DASC.
  • Participated in developing and providing technical reviews on the architecture design guidelines (ADG), handbooks, and regulating plans for 19 architectural style identities.
  • Participated in delivering knowledge-transfer sessions (e.g., workshop, trainings, etc.) to the relevant entities
  • Ensure compliance of mega-projects with the developed ADGs, handbooks, and regulating plans
  • Responsible for developing executive presentations for senior and key stakeholders (incl. HRH)


Development Authorities Support Center (DASC) – Urban Sector Center (USC), Design Studios

  • Supported in the development of design studios RFP
  • Review design studios outputs/deliverables including handbooks, regulating plans, checklists, etc.


Riyadh Urban Code (confidential) –

  • Co-developing regulations, design guidelines, and handbooks for Riyadh Urban Code
  • Covered zoning, land use, building and architectural controls, supported by benchmarks and current state analysis.


Riyadh Lighting Code (confidential) –

  • Development of a detailed Lighting code presentation to provide structural communication. Aiming to gain final approval from Center of Government
  • Presented executive presentation on key findings with key stakeholders prior to final approval
  • Developed activation plan including technical and operational enablers. Including application manuals, regulatory plan, and capacity building


Tuwaiq Region Form-Based Code (confidential) –

  • Conducted site-visits to develop current situation and spatial analysis for Tuwaiq reserve urban code
  • Develop the local architectural identity for Tuwaiq Urban Code
