Working on Bruxelles Metro Line and Swedish railways, i'm in charge of the supply and delivery of all the relevant material (Make, Buy and package).

I'm responsabile of cost and times of the project ensuring the availability of the material onsite according to the installation plan and the respect of the budget agreed during the tender phase.

Main activities: issuing and monitoring of a project logistic plan, supply of material through the MM module in SAP, cost forecast across the years, maintaining of invoicing plan with suppliers, warehouse logistics.
