Working on Bruxelles Metro Line and Swedish railways, i'm in charge of the supply and delivery of all the relevant material (Make, Buy and package).

I'm responsabile of cost and times of the project ensuring the availability of the material onsite according to the installation plan and the respect of the budget agreed during the tender phase.

Main activities: issuing and monitoring of a project logistic plan, supply of material through the MM module in SAP, cost forecast across the years, maintaining of invoicing plan with suppliers, warehouse logistics.

Main stakeholders: Engingeering department, Project Manager, Project Controller, Project Planner, Construction managers, Warehouse keeper, Finance.

Monitoring of the combat system installation for the new PPA class (Pattugliatori Polivalenti d’Altura) commissioned by the Italian Navy.
Sharing and management of production programs for turnkey contracts (carpentry, boarding/installation of equipment, cable laying, connectorizing); management of contractual extras advanced by contractors; management of contractual inconsistencies; issue of purchase requests (extra requests by the shipowner, consumables, design changes); issue of picking list; monitoring of supplies and progress of the RTI partner (Leonardo - MBDA / Otomelara / ELT / GEM).

Procurement of raw materials and wip – make or buy strategy – release of purchase request, free issue material management purchase order expediting – work order and picking list entry and management – drafting of departments production plans – inventory value monitoring – investments proposals (new machinery and flow optimization) – reporting and KPI monitoring
