- Product support technician supporting all Sandvik machines at Ngezi Mine (Zimplats), Unki Mine, Mimosa, Trojan and Cam and Motor Mine. Supporting Zimplats Automation and Digitalisation projects such as AutoMine and OptiMine. Machines worked on include but not limited to: DD210L, DD211L, DD212L, DS210L, DS211L, DS221L, LH208L, LH209L, LH307, TH320L, TH430L and TH545S.
- Repair, inspect and commission mobile equipment at customer site or own premises.
- Support the customer’s product/equipment/processes by suggesting possible improvements.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and problem solving support to customer.
- Understands system functionality and interaction of hydraulics/mechanics, electrics/automation and or pneumatics materials.
