It is a Global Research Conference (GSR), My role is to communicate with research platforms to support the research of conference applicants, communicate with research experts to support the review and development process, manage participants' research, and handle acceptance and rejection matters.
I was responsible for creating, organizing and managing any event under my mojer club(MSE), from organizing team ideas to implementing them on the ground. organized more than 15+ event during 4 months.
My role focused on coordinating with leading global firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, who enriched the forum with inspiring content delivered by top professionals. I’m deeply grateful for their belief in KISEF’s mission
We contacted professors and mentors, and arranged for participants from all universities in the Kingdom. The week-long event included a debate, a hackathon, and an energy competition.
I was working under the supervision of Dr. Amal Al-Omari, and my research focused on developing graphene and perovskite materials for making photodetectors.
I did the program by visiting the Ministry of Commerce and working with them as an employee for a full day. I met people who added a lot to me and formed close and useful relationships.
It was a three-week program where we learned about sustainability, its pillars, and sustainable cities. Our final project was a model building for SABIC's Sustainable City (which was explained and built in detail), and we won second place in the region.
