- Conducting internal and external audits as per company's management, reviewing and maintaining the quality procedures in accordance to ISO 9001
- Action on non-conformity in the project and raising, follow-up and closing the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Identify the problems, verifying the root cause and preparing the observation reports in each project, which improves the quality in the feature
- Verifying contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals
- Reading blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements and guiding the team to achieve the task
- Documentation all the inspection activities in the reports and recording all the performance
- Review the quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitoring quality control for each definable area/section of work as per Method statements, ITPs and specification
- Co-ordination with suppliers/ sub-contractors quality control representative to ensure that products and services meet the Contract requirements
- Recommend and implement improvements when require and monitors safety aspects when dealing with the installations
- Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the customer's representatives and close all customer complaints
- Preparing the WPS and verifying the parameters in PQR of welding process according to standards
- Review and approve welding procedures and welding procedure qualification compliance
- Witnessing the Welder qualification test and Mechanical testing and prepare the welder certification and maintaining the welder continuity records
- Develop the visual inspection procedures and provide NDE inspection planning/scheduling
- Checking the surface and recommend sand blasting based on level of rust on the beams epoxy
- Checking the coating on the beams with the DFT and also train the subordinates on QC inspection.
