● Perform x-rays for hysterosalpingogram and assisting to the radiologist.

● Prepares the patient information and performs diagnostic x-rays based on anatomical standard.

● Helps prepare the edited radiographic x-rays used for reading and interpretation by the Radiologist.

● Responsible for maintenance of all equipment,electrical connection and are ready to use.

● Make necessary indorsement to the next shift.

● Keep the department always clean and orderly.

● Doing ECG to patients.

● Perform routine radiographic examinations according to agreed policies and procedures in Cardiac Cathlab Dept.

● Operate the X-ray machines and give required selection of views during procedures in accordance to physician's

instructions.

● Fill with contrast in the pressure injector the amount requires according to physician instructions in accordance to the

investigation being performed.

● Set the parameters in advantex and pressure injector for evry procedures needed such as Left and Right Coronary

Angiography,LV Angiography,Balloon Mitral Valvoplasty,Renal Angiography,PDA Closure,Balloon

Pulmonary Valvoplasty,Mitral Clipping,TransAortic Valve Implantation,and Pheriperal Angioplasty.

● Assist the interventional RadioCardiologist to perform the procedures such as IABP,Temporay Pacemaker

Insertion,Permanent Pacemaker Implantation,Micra (Wireless Pacemaker Implantation) ICD implantation

TAVI and Mitral Clipping,Loop Recorder Implantation in the positioned desired by the physician.

● Assist the interventional RadioCardiologist for Pediatric cases in doing procedures such as ASD Closure,PDA

Closure,Left and Right Coronary Angiography,Balloon Pulmonary Valvoplasty,PDA Stenting and

C0-Aortation giving the desired positioned during procedures.

● Record total screening time flouro time and contrast use given for particular case in CCL Logbook

● Report all events or occurancies and equipments malfunctions to his/her superior.

● Required to have working knowledge of clerical and administrative system with in the CCL.

● Participate in the out on call duty rota acoording to CCL Department roster duty

● Typing of results thru Nexus Sytem and Wipro System..

● Implement and apply of newest technology in imaging procedures Nexus System and PACS (Picture Archiving

Communication System and Wipro System)

● Performs radiographic examinations,given instructions and explanations to the patient.
