- Worked in project for upgrade dcs that helped reducing failure of card failure by 20%. That has contributed in a saving worth million Saudi riyal as the price of 2 days production. I managed projected for upgrade 3300 bently rack to 3500 model full integrated with DCS establish PM cycles.
- From 2023-2016 worked as senior engineer for hadeed sabic and lead project that worth 4 million Saudi riyal to in the company to integrate IT PC with OT network and have daily production report in the same level of IT. This has been achieved after reviewing cyber security at sabic IT measure which has reduced paper work and hardened process control system that eliminated use of USB drive to transfer file. I executed SCADA and PLC system interfacing for Honeywell using Modbus protocol and saved wiring and procurement of 4 panels and 8 cards that costs 20000 USD.
- Implemented first of its kind safety instrumented function by installation of MTL galvanic isolators in ESD system as inhouse project to avoid engineering which saved 15000 SAR material and labor cost.
- From 2016 till 2026 worked as lead process control system engineer. Implement Pi software by utilizing DCs firewall as interface between corporate layer and OT network that eased the access to daily consumption report and conduct and collect event summary from DCS by viewing history from any machine connected at company with proper security measure this has contributed in zero virus intrusion in OT network at year 2020 for 6 years continuous at Hadeed and sabic till the separation of sabic.
- Coaching new comers less than 3 years have and mentored them in administering DCS revamping yokogawa Centum VP DCS in year 2024 specially loop check and detail engineering stage review and hot commissioning. Commsining recently in 2026 Turaround new custodyflowmeter at Hadeed to comply with SEEK( energy efficiency).
