  • Managed to launch the Wazen Program/weight management program in more than 800 Nahdi stores across KSA in addition to the landing page enrollment.
  • Managed the 360 communication launch of the Wazen campaign in September 2022 with a key result of a 15% enrollment increase after the launch.

  • I handled the sugar business for 9 years managing the mother sugar brand AlOsra in addition to all new product development with sugar ranges such as Cube, Brown & Icing. Below are my key achievements:

From 2016 to 2018 managed to launch the following:

  • The new strategy of the sweeteners business is phase one.
  • The new variants of AlOsra sugar which are Brown Sugar, White cube, and brown cube and gained 50% market share in brown & 40% in cube.
  • The 360 communication campaign of AlOsra brown sugar includes ATL, BTL & digital platforms. The campaign theme was “The Expertise in Cooking” hosted by top chefs in the MENA region such as Osma AlSaid, and Manal Alem.
  • The 360 communication campaign re-launch for AlOsra Sugar covers changes in Logo, packaging & selling line under the new slogan " أنقى قيراط سكر". As a business outcome, a positive impact on AlOsra market share by growing in 4 continues reading in RA, and reach 80% share.
  • The new variants of Safaa Sugar (Coarse Sugar) target the traditional trade in the central region.

From 2012 to 2014 managed to launch the following:

  • 1st ever in company history managed to launch Al-Osra Sugar Brand DNA (fact book).
  • The new SKU for Al-Osra sugar; Sugar sachet/500 gr. As a business outcome, we had a higher margin than 1Kg sugar by 127%
  • AlOsra Sugar's 10th Anniversary communication campaign with 360 support: ATL, BTL & Digital. As a business outcome, a positive impact on AlOsra market share by growing in 2 continues reading in RA, and reach 70% share.
  • AlOsra Hala Sugar is a new sugar range with 360 campaign support in ATL, BTL, and digital channels, moreover, we managed to gain 15% market share in the first year of launch.
  • The digital activation campaign for the Al Osra brand “Hadereha.com” which is asking the target consumer to upload their recipe using AlOsra sugar and the most creative recipe will win a prize. Moreover, we supported the campaign with key communication support on digital such as monitoring loading recipes and monitoring voting, handled & and monitoring the prize & BTL support We did in-store POSM communication, packaging them, & and flyer distribution, In-store promo sugar with flour
