• Plan and execute all the Civil & building works construction activity as per required norms and standards ensuring all required quality procedures and safety procedures prior to construction.
• Study and review the construction drawings and specifications together with terms and conditions of the contract prior to any actual work and establishment of the administrative requirements of the project.
• Coordinate with Client, team members and other departments and lead the sub-contractor.
• Communicate effectively with the subordinates responsible for completing various phases of the project.
• Oversee and monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams and contractors.
• Preparation of monthly and daily progress report, priorities activities and critical issues reporting to Department manager.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE requirements, PTW controls, risk assessments/JSAs, STARRT/toolbox meetings, barricading, access control, and housekeeping standards.
• Issue and receive the permit prior to starting the work. Monitors sub-contractors daily work activities and performance to ensure a smooth and proper implementation and quality control of the systems being installed. Conducts weekly coordination meeting with sub-contractors.
• Solving field related issues and line modification according to field constraints and requirements, and as built for the same.
• Lead and Supervise Civil & Building, structural, architectural, and infrastructure construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage site execution of earthworks, excavation, underground utilities, foundations, concrete structures, equipment foundations, pipe racks, buildings, roads, paving, drainage, and backfilling works.
• Coordinate RFIs, SIs, technical clarifications, inspection requests, hold points, and construction-related engineering issues to avoid delays.
• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and Client representatives and ensure timely resolution of quality observations, NCRs, and punch items.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress against the construction schedule and initiate recovery actions for delayed or critical activities.
• Lead the sub-contractor to clear the client punch's and hand over the structure/building to client.
• Prepares and collates all requirements needed upon project completion. (As-built plans, approved Shop drawings, coordination table, technical submittals, building hand over records, Quality test records, etc.)
• Coordinate interfaces between other disciplines.
• Ensure completed civil works and foundations are properly released and handed over to other disciplines.
• Monitor construction productivity, work-front availability, and utilization of manpower and equipment's.
• Drive safe and timely project execution while maintaining required quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
