• Ensure that all sites are legally compliant in all aspects of HSE and Quality
• Support the Managing Director and the HSEQ Element owners to fully implement the HSEQ
management system and HSE culture on all sites
• Contribute, drive and motive the sites to achieve a high level of HSEQ awareness and implement a sustainable and positive HSEQ culture
•Support all sites in their activities to eliminate personal injuries, fires and spills
•Provide support to overlook and Analyse customer complaints and internal quality deviations, aligned with Quality assurance.
•Support the different operations team for a successful implementation of JOS requirements
•This position is defined as element owner for HSEQ Management system Element 2 “Risk Management” and element 14 “Quality”.
•The HSEQ & CI manager is participating, or appointing a HSEQ person, to attend in project planning and start up and ensuring implementation of element 15
•Provide HSEQ summary reports to local management every tertiary. This shall reflect status on objectives, incidents/accidents, near-misses results of audits and support follow up on action plans, corrective and preventive actions.
•Evaluate the results of continuous improvement projects, supporting the work of operational teams to demonstrate the achievement of goals within Jotun operations system.
•Leading the environment sustainability project, updating and monitoring and following up the master action plan and presented to the local management and Group HSEQ.
