• Convincing KA.CARE's CEO using a bottom-up strategy and feasibility study
• Creating strong human capital development programs for entrepreneurs in sustainable energy covering mentors, coaching, training courses, facilitation, and boot camps
• Supervising and supporting the development of three successful startups through securing funding and partnerships

Leading the development and execution of the National Knowledge Management Digital Platform for the energy sector funded by NIDLP 2030 vision program

• Defining the product's value proposition and concept detailing
• Reporting and engaging with the NIDLP 2030 vision program, VRO, and ADAA as well as all of the associated stakeholders
• Engaging with the targeted personas and 60+ organizations to gather requirements and expectations and eventually testing the prototype across different phases to ensure potential success prior to the kick-off

Leading K.A. CARE as an enabler part of the Integrated Energy Strategy under the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (Developed In-House)

• Showcasing strong stakeholder engagement and socialization across 88+ various national and international stakeholders covering (Ministry of Energy, SERA, NRRC, KAPSARC, EWPR, DNA, Aramco, SABIC)
• Preparing presentations and talking points to executives such as the Minister of Energy and KA.CARE's CEO that was delivered at international conferences and events on knowledge management
• Monitoring performance, milestones, and budgets for 7 national massive human capital programs totaling ~1 billion SAR

• Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization SASO supported the planning and facilitation of leadership training and coaching to SASO's leadership
• The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs Project supported the implementation of the performance management strategy for KSA's municipal sector.
