• WCDMA 3G:
• Physical optimization and analysis of Call Events (Drop Call, Call Block, and HO Fail) by analysing Layer 2/3 messages, RSCP, Ec/No, UE TX Power, Power Control, Cell Parameters and Neighbour List.
• Optimizing/ Analysis of IRAT HO failures, 3G to 3G Intra system (Soft / Softer HO), and post processing of the drive test data and recommend parameter changes, Site verification report.
• Innovative use of radio network parameters, features and other techniques to improve the performance of the 3G radio networks.
• Producing 3G to 3G & 3G to 2G Neighbouring plan etc.
• Primarily responsible for all KPIs call scenarios for the performance management of the Network. Call Test consists of MO, MT, voice calls, Data calls, handovers checking etc.
• Diagnose all RF related problems such as Interference, call quality, Drop calls, HO failure, Missing neighbours, and Capacity crunch.
• Used MapInfo for defining drive routes, site acquisition maps, visualizing drive tests, printing coverage and best server plots for trail and commercial network.

• GSM 2G:
• Analyzing KPIs TCH Drop, SDCCH Drop, TCH Blocking, SDCCH Blocking, TASR etc.
• Performance Analysis of each site with the help of TEMS/MapInfo tools.
• Analyzing the causes of Handover Failures, TCH Drop, Interference (Co-Channel / Adjacent), and MAIO to enhanced capacity & quality.
• Analyzing the C/A and C/I through log files & MRR.
• Activities included foot printing of all the sites in order to control sites overshoot, interference elimination, finding missing and one way neighbours, coverage holes.
