Performed preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on various medical equipment such as CT, ultrasound, and MRI.
Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance & service repair needs for (TOSHIBA / Canon) system.
Diagnosed all equipments problems and determined cause of malfunction.
Apply knowledge and experience to resolve problems quickly.
Ensure that image quality meets standards by performing calibration and adjustments to the system.
Apply regular inspections & follow-up to ensure that the imaging is accurate. Replacement of several parts of CT (X-ray Tube, High Tension Cable, High Voltage Generator).
Helium Refillin, power stage Replac, and cold head replacement for MRI. Apply system software installation.
Provide technical support to the customer to minimize the time failure of equipment.
Interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.
Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
Ability to Travel throughout an assigned territory to various sites to provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain equipment.
Completing Field Modification Instructions (FMI).
Provided detailed reports and accounts of various repairs performed.
Ensured that all tests were carried out according to specifications.
Identifies Sales opportunities & and communicate them to the Sales team.
Able to work under minimum supervision and as a team member on job activities.
Install and maintain, UPS system with 100-120 Kva including check and replacement for batteries.
Install and set up Carestream laser printer and contrast delivery systems.
(Injectors) including configuration settings with CT, and MRI.
Ability to install, connect, and configure PACS and DICOM Systems with other imaging systems network.
Install and maintain Aster 3i anesthesia workstations, enhancing patient safety and providing advanced monitoring capabilities during surgical procedures.
Collaborated with anesthesiologists and biomedical technicians to customize the workstations according to specific anesthesia protocols and patient needs.
Provided comprehensive training to the medical staff on the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the anesthesia workstations.
