• Oversaw CHP to guarantee poultry operation's disease-free status
• Monitor adherence to Quality Minimum Standards in conjunction with Poultry team Compile and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operation.
• Monitor Hygiene & Disinfection of poultry operation and ensure that it complies with current program.
• Manage and update routine survey of flocks to ensure current disease status of flocks and apply preventive measures in areas of concern.
• To design and perform trials to investigate problems, asses procedures or technologies that could be beneficial to poultry flock's health, performance and profitability.
• To identify health and breeding issues as they arise and to formulate control and preventive measures to resolve them.
• To collate, analyze and report on health and breeding data and identify areas of improvements.
• To conduct training and develop assistant staff veterinarian, staff veterinarian.
• Evaluation of farms performance on Management Reporting System.
• Daily Checking orders and authorization of vaccines, chemicals and medicines.

• Manage CHP to ensure operation remains diseases free.
• Compile and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operation
• Manage functionality of vaccination & pest control team and required costs related to medication cost portion.
• Monitor Hygiene & Disinfection of rearing operation and ensure that it complies to current Program.
• Manage routine survey of flocks to ensure current disease status of flocks and apply preventative measure in areas of concern.
• Conduct Post Mortems (PM) and diagnosis of any disease challenges on operation and provide appropriate prophylactic treatment.
• Management of succession plan and employee evaluation for operation in conjunction with HR Department.

• Managing and monitoring Chicken Health Program (CHP) so produce high quality pullets, free from disease and conforming to current breed standards within required costs to organization.
• Ensuring operation complies on Biosecurity and CHP.

Establishment and implementing of vaccination and medication programs.

Managing veterinary care department for layers and broilers

During journey here used to manage three projects:

• Red mite control in laying flocks.
• Coccidiosis prevention and control in laying flocks.
• Infectious Coryza prevention and control in laying flocks.
• Collected biological samples for lab testing to support diagnosis.
