Daily Site Inspections and checking quality of work according to Telecommunication specification and standards which include trenching ,placement of main -duct and sub-duct,warning tapes,back filling,concreteand compaction,reinstallement of asphalt,milling and paving,installation of hand hole /manhole,HDD,side grading and leveling,marker post installation work ETC . Supervise splicing and jointing as per approved FOC schematic& jointing drawings and ODF/ODB termination accordinf to fibre schematic Diagram and monitoring all testing process after completion of splicing &termination . Checking all of related materials to ensure telecom approved supplier.

• Ensure safety issue sites,which include: contract sign boards,safety concrete blocks,pedestrian crossing, traffic,signs, flash lights,diversion lights,worker safety and their tools,work permits,planning and survey for Telecommunication Projects and their connectivity to BTS GSM networks for FOC with referrence to Ring Diagram Responsible for implementation &deployment work of access Fibre Optics network in intercity area as per approved BBQ and plan Responsible for site selection for installation of ONU(Optical Network Unit) Implementation of Excavation of civil& sub duct laying work according to approved project specification. Investigate delayed works of contractor and report to higher management Attending /conducting PAT Test Civil&Electrical as per Telecommunications .

Based on OSP -specifications supervising and monitoring of cable works such as Installations,termination . Ensuring of quality standard according to provided technicial specifications. Preparing of reports to the management regarding the results of site check. Supervised and guided third parties during civil work.
