  • Main duties:
  • Reporting to the Director of supply chain director “SCD” and responsible for the all the aspects of procurement Dept.
  • Working closely with SCD and other Dept
  • Heads to interpret the College vision through strategy by monitoring related plans to make sure that things are carried out as planned for.
  • Working closely and coordinating with DJS and other Dept
  • Heads and paying attention to details in all aspects to plan properly and to secure financial resources for such plan.
  • Preparing the College annual budget after close and thorough coordination with other Dept

  • Issuing purchase orders, sending them to suppliers, and working to implement all the terms of the agreement.
  • Following up with the supplier to deliver the agreed items at the specified time and claim suppliers for any delay.
  • Coordinating with the store management to receive the items at the specified time with the required documents and technical conformity as per the request.
  • Coordinating with the account department and attaching the supplier's invoices to ensure payment according to the agreement in the purchase order.
  • Coordinate with logistics department to make tracking reports for all shipments to deliver the items in a timely manner and send them to supply chain management.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse management and stock control in order to actually stand on the stock status to know the right time for purchase order.
