Evaluated process, system, and governance maturity across both SAP and Oracle platforms. Delivered a consolidated diagnostic report and recommended a unified OneERP solution aligned with a shared services strategy mandated by the Ministry of Education. The strategy included system selection, operating model alignment, and a roadmap for integrated implementation.

Center for National Health Insurance (CNHI), KSA:
Performed a current state assessment of CNHI’s operating model, covering organizational, process, and technology layers. Developed a national strategy for purchasing healthcare services from the private sector across the Kingdom.
