Served as budget advisor to the CFO, providing end-to-end advisory on planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Developed job descriptions for the accounting function, a financial RACI matrix, and a full set of accounting and finance policies and procedures. Standardized financial reporting templates—all developed with careful consideration of ERP system capabilities and integration points to ensure alignment between processes and enabling technologies


Saudi Customs, KSA
Prepared detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for the fixed asset lifecycle management solution, ensuring alignment with operational needs and financial controls. Developed fixed asset policies and procedures and provided QA oversight during ERP implementation. The solution design accounted for full integration with the asset counting management system to enable end-to-end traceability, reconciliation, and accurate asset reporting.


King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH), KSA:
Developed the Finance Target Operating Model (ToM) with full alignment to KFSH’s strategic transformation and technology roadmap. The engagement focused on integrating process design with ERP system capabilities, ensuring that organizational structure, financial governance, and digital enablers were cohesively aligned. Considered current system constraints and future ERP potential to enable scalable, technology-driven financial operations.


TETCO (Tawer) – Subsidiary of the Ministry of Education, KSA:
Conducted a comprehensive Current State Assessment (CSA) of ERP systems across TETCO Holding and its four subsidiaries. Evaluated process, system, and governance maturity across both SAP and Oracle platforms. Delivered a consolidated diagnostic report and recommended a unified OneERP solution aligned with a shared services strategy mandated by the Ministry of Education. The strategy included system selection, operating model alignment, and a roadmap for integrated implementation.


Center for National Health Insurance (CNHI), KSA:
Performed a current state assessment of CNHI’s operating model, covering organizational, process, and technology layers. Developed a national strategy for purchasing healthcare services from the private sector across the Kingdom. The strategy integrated funding models, digital enablers, and provider engagement mechanisms to enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment with CNHI’s long-term objectives


Ajlan & Bros – Leading Trading Company, KSA
Implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, including Oracle Receivables and Order Management modules, to enhance financial operations and order-to-cash processes. Designed and delivered an integrated solution linking handheld devices with the ERP system to automate field sales transactions and ensure accurate financial postings. Led finance process improvements, including the redesign of the collections process and implementation of a performance-based commission model for collectors, resulting in greater operational efficiency and improved cash management.
