disturbance and also interpretation of the acid-base status

● Pregnancy related critical care diseases

✔ I have experience in the diagnosis and management of surgical emergencies:

● Multiple traumatized patients specially those with severe head injuries, spinal cord injuries chest trauma and abdominal injuries

● Any surgical patient who is hemodynamically, respiratory and/or metabolically unstable pre and post-operative

✔ I have an excellent experience in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

✔ I have an excellent experience in CRRT

✔ I have a good experience in dealing with intoxicated cases

✔ I have got an excellent experience in the following invasive techniques:

● Percutanoustracheastomy ( both emergency and elective ) by bronchoscope

● Endotracheal intubation( both emergency and elective )

● Arterial cannulation

● U/S guided Central venous catheterization

● Intercostal tube insertion

● Thoracocentesis

● Pericardiocentesis

● Abdominocentesis

● Temporary cardiac pacing (both transvenous and transcutaneous)

● Echocardiography

● Folly's catheter insertion

✔ I have got an excellent experience in management of patients with respiratory failure with its varieties and using the available ventilators This experience

includes decision making of ventilation,prone position, non invasive MV, maintenance and weaning of the patient
