- Follow-up and implementation of recruitment plans and processes (for Saudis, foreigners or hired workers) according to the needs of departments and projects.
- Procedures for transferring sponsorship of employees who are approved , after issuing job offers, registering their contracts on Qiwa platform, paying sponsorship transfer fees, completing transfers with passports, and even printing new residence permits.
- Recruitment services: Issuing visas and authorizing them to agencies according to the nationalities and occupations of the required workers, and according to the job offers approved by the departments, and following up the agencies in completing the procedures for the candidates until they arrive in the Kingdom and ending all procedures for their internal employment.
- Procedures for requesting work visit visas, family visits, Istiqdam requests for families, commercial visit visas and business visits.
- Transportation and housing: Follow-up of transportation operations, directing drivers to transfer all employees from work to housing and following up the housing operations of employees in the company's housing, solving employee problems related to housing or food, following up on rents, electricity and water bills, maintenance and housing preparation operations.
- Contracts: Proficiency in negotiation in obtaining special offers for the employment of hired labor from suppliers, offers of insurance policies from insurance companies, or rental contracts for staff housing.
- Financial follow-up: reviewing and approving employee time cards on the company’s sponsorship, hired labor, and suppliers’ bills, and matching them, reviewing medical insurance bills and matching them with additions, deletions, and promotions, and following up and paying electricity, water, and maintenance bills for staff housing.
- Government relations: proficiency in working on all government platforms and following up all requests on them from the Ministry of Labor, Interior, Transport, Trade, Investment, etc.
- Responsible for renewing of the company's commercial registration and all licenses related to the activity on the specified date.
- Implementation and follow-up of the processes of issuing and renewing residencies and work permits, changing professions, transferring services, documenting contracts of foreign employees, registering Saudi employees with social insurance and the Resources Development Fund to benefit from support, if any, and issuing exit reentry visas and final exit.
- Uploading wage protection files, follow up on compliance rates, and justifications to keep the company's services always available.
- Attesting All company's letters and contracts from the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or other parties as requested by the concerned departments.
- Termination of services: Follow-up procedures for final exit or transfer of sponsorship for workers whose contracts have expired or whose contract has been terminated, follow-up registering their requests, issuing visas after their release, and settling their dues according to the work system and company regulations and according to the terms of their contracts.
