GENERAL MANAGER
· Providing accurate reporting and forecasting of sales demand to the General Manager.
· Identifying function and department issues, problems, and opportunities to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
CUSTOMERS
· Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with key customers and business leaders by maintaining face-to-face contact with key customer management.
· Consistently delivers profitable growth by providing our customers with valued solutions by working with and through the entire sales force.
SALES TEAM
· Overseeing that the sales force is working safely.
· Planning, controlling, and directing activities of the sales force.
· Setting strategic approach to sales and approving development and implementation of sales objectives.
· Developing and motivating sales staff; providing guidance and direction on problems and issues.
· Managing the development of methods, processes, and procedures to resolve complex issues.

· Managing & organizing the work between PDI/Service Team and Sales Staff.

· Discussing Technical/Commercial issues.

ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENTS PURCHASING / ACCOUNTS / HR / CONTRACTS
· Developing and managing sales, financial controlling, and risk- ensuring operations are executed efficiently and within established budgets.
· Assuring good communication and coordination between all assistance departments and sales teams to attain the goals of the sales strategy.
· Preparing vacation schedules for sales staff with HR Team.

OTHER BRANCHES RELATIONS
· Coordinating the work between the branches inside the company by coordinating the work between the clients who have more than one Branch.
· Coordinating stock sharing inside the company between branches.
SUBCONTRACTORS /SUPPLIERS
· Identifying the scope of the subcontractors.
· Issuing the orders and following up on the process.
