Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs Responsible for making the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all the equipments & special equipments and light vehicles in the all airport and giving all support for all departments in the airport

• Handling multiple brands & type of equipments e.g wheel loader , bobcat, mobile crane, trailer, trucks ,pickup, boom truck ,tower lit ...etc

•Solid understanding of technical aspects of automotive inspection, electrical systems cooling, A/C etc. Maintenance of vehicle and equipments like break, gearbox, hydraulic system, testers etc.

•Attending equipment breakdown and taking action for rectification and repairing

•Making requisition for required parts

•Maintenance & servicing and troubleshooting for equipments •Maintenance records of maintains jobs •Follow up for all pending spare parts

•Coordinate the different departments and operators

•Giving technical inputs to the workfare to get the job done without undue delay

•Extending cooperation to all the personal inside & outside department

•Making & taking decisions on the equipment mobilization as when required

•Taking store inventory on the monthly basis in order to establish both in house & outhouse

•Making the preventive maintenance schedule for all equipments The total number of light vehicles under my responsibility is : 330 vehicle, 208 private vehicles for airport employees use The total heavy equipments and 188 equipment for operation & maintenance.

. • Responsible for the provision of maintenance services including;

• Automatic Control & power panels, ATS Panel & Transformers. • Operating & Maintenance Water Boilers, steam Boilers.

• Fire Alarms Systems, firefighting and electrical & diesel fire pumps.

• General Treatment of motors and pumps.

• Chemical Treatment ( PH-CL- Cyanuric acid test) and maintenance swimming pools filters.

• Legionella Protocol ( Cristal check safety)

• Fridge & Refrigeration and Freezer Rooms.

• Sewage treatment plant, irrigation pumps, landscaping and gardens.

• Chillers sets. Air hand units, fan coil units ( hvac).

• Operating to maintenance the Elevators up to thousands kg.

• Able to maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, All mechanical, electrical hvac systems and other related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance program and able to maintain effective energy management and preventive maintenance program and conduct special training for other operating department on the safe and efficient use of equipment and energy in the hotel, I was doing the same previous ,I was working as a assistant Chief Engineer in Grand Makadi Hotel work in shedwan Garden Hotel, Stiegenbrger and festival SHEDAN Hotel.
