Create Business Development Strategy in consultation with the Managing Director and implement tactical plans to meet agreed targets (volume and value) for (Export Dept. MGC).

Sales:

• Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing customers.
• Work on forecasts and inventories, keep an accurate record of the process and analyze performance in coordination with the marketing team.
• Support developing, and pricing proposals, and oversee the submission of the packages.
• Development of the new business lines and markets and presenting business case/plan to senior management of MGC for approval and implementation.

Logistics:

• Manage costs involved while maintaining quality, planning and implementing logistical strategy, and ensuring targets are met as management required.
• Creating different shipping methods to achieve the highest possible benefit from the logistics process
• Negotiate contracts with land transporter, forwarder/shipping lines.
• Control manufacturing delivery processes, Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution in coordination with the customer service team.
• Managing the shipping process from Ex-work until it reaches the customer (along with supportive docs.)

Supply Chain:

• Work with the supply chain manager and buyers to source the right products to sale to export customers.
• Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.

• Purchase supply of products/materials.
• Determine lowest cost for products/materials.
• Track and record orders.
• Receive orders and document arrivals.
• Manage supply base.
• Analyze market and delivery systems.
• Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
