• Provide progress and performance updates

Responsibilities as a Senior Architect:

• Concept design and coordination with other disciplines using BIM applications.

• Reviewing and developing architectural and engineering plans.

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with codes and health and safety regulations.

• Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

• Monitoring the work of other architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as needed.

• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.

• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and project requirements are met.

• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

Responsibilities as a BIM Coordinator:

• Prepare pre/post-BEP (BIM Execution Plan) as per ISO 19650 and project requirements.

• Prepare CDE (Common Data Environment) as per ISO 19650 standards.

• Responsible for applying templates, workflow, model standards, data management sharing process Within multi-disciplines, and Auditing BIM models.

• create architectural and engineering models and drawings in support of construction and review of consultant/contractor 3D models and drawings per client CAD and BIM Standards and EPM requirements.

• producing design drawings, detailed drawings, and fabrication drawings for complex geometry structures using visual programming algorithms (Dynamo and Grasshopper)

• Engineering technical support, detailing and preparing the project required database.

• developing solutions for technical problems in a 3D digital environment.

• Coordinating data modeling and management process.

• Coordinating the project teams and liaising with the design team and client to ensure success.

• Establishing robust quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are accurate and that the LOI & LOD is fit for purpose.

• Generate and develop full 3D parametric Families as per project requirements.

• Generate and maintain an algorithmic approach to speed up the process of repetitive tasks Using Dynamo.

• Make classification parameters of all project elements.

• Conduct clash tests among multi-disciplines using Navisworks and prepare clash report as per client requirements and tolerance.
