Accomplishments

  • 2021-2022, During my work as a deputy director of King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital and assistant for clinical services, had the opportunity to lead and co-lead several great teams that achieved many accomplishments, including:

· Renewing the accreditation of the hospital by CBAHI (Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) and it was a full unconditional accreditation.

· Renewing the accreditation of the hospital by CAP (College of American Pathologists).

· The hospital received many awards for many exceptional and distinguished services.

· launching the Excellence Center.

· launching the case management program.

  • 2021, My team has achieved more than a 120% rise in the productivity of the COVID-19 Vaccination Center with the same potential and resources and maintained the required standards and quality.
  • 2020, During the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm proud that I was a member and a supervisor of the Clinical Command Center's team in Taif City and that project was my proposal.
  • 2018, I led a team that improved the utilization of Operation Rooms at King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, Taif from 63% to 83%.
  • 2018-2019, During my work as assistant director of King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, had the opportunity to lead and co-lead several great teams that achieved many accomplishments, including:
    • launching the Bariatric Surgery Unit, which has delivered more than 360 various operations by 100% success rate.
    • Launching a new Audiology unit and Speech and Language Therapy unit.
    • Obtaining the technical and medical requirements needed to launch open-heart surgeries.
    • Opening the clinical simulation center.
    • The evolution and expansion of the Intensive Care Unit project.
    • The evolution and expansion of the Emergency Department Project.
    • The evolution and expansion of the Radiology Department and launching the nuclear medicine unit.
    • Renewing the accreditation of the hospital by CBAHI (Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions), CAP (College of American Pathologists) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
    • Covering the needs of the Emergency Department for specialized doctors and reducing the shortage through the adoption of new strategies like signing a convention with the Sudan emergency medicine fellowship program.
    • Achieving a 100% increase in the number of residency and fellowship training programs accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
    • Obtaining the Institutional Acredentials by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
    • Opening the Oncology center and launching the first package of services.
  • 2015-2016, My team and I succeeded in achieving a 100% increase in the number of residency training programs accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • 2016, I led a team that succeeded in cooperation with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in establishing the Saudi Fellowship Program for Family Medicine in Taif.
  • 2015, I led a team that received a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Health for a project (Advanced Training Program of Electroencephalogram (EEG) & Electromyogram (EMG) that reduced the waiting time for patients to undergo an EEG examination by 750%.
  • 2015, My team and I received an appreciation letter from the Minister of health, admiring the distinction of our training programs at the level of ministry's directorates.
  • 2012, During my work as a director of primary healthcare post-graduate department, my team and I launched the program of family medicine diploma in Taif and opened three new training centers.
