Chair and supervise the development and implementation of the Polyclinics strategic plan to ensure achieving the stakeholder’s strategic objectives of the Polyclinics.

Leading insurance team to ensure strong relationships and mutual benefits maximizing sales and profit by decreasing rejections and on-time billing and claiming.

Approves and monitor the operational plan and do the needed assessments to ensure that all the departments are abiding by the operational plan and the company standards.

Participates in the quality management practices inside the department as direct by the department headship and senior staff.

Responsible for responding to all governmental inspections, including clear action plans for compliance. Accreditation of the clinic by the CBAHI is the ultimate responsibility of the director .
