• Further to my tasks as a System Analyst:
• - Leading regular/weekly meetings with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to discuss, assess, and evaluate technical requests and requirements.
• - Managing assignments of tasks, work progress, and team productivity.
• - Preparing monthly reports to the upper management on the unit and the team's performance.
• - Managing relevant contracts to the Lab department, including managing execution timelines, contractors' payments, contracts' renewal, termination, and continuous reports

KING FAHAD MEDICAL CITY, RIYADH -

Working with the interface team to test the Integration between Epic and third-party systems.

- Build and test workflows, and features related to the Lab module.

- Working with the external Epic team to ensure the best solutions are applied.

Further to my tasks as a Lab Tech:

- Monthly staff tasks and scheduling.

- Measuring the lab productivity.

- KPIs monthly report to the upper management.

- Managing Microbiology Contracts, Supplies, and Machines.

- Receiving, processing, and resulting the samples for the Microbiology lab.

- Checking and ensuring the Quality of the results by running a daily Quality Check test.

- Part of the Antibiogram for identifying the drug resistance statistics.

Receiving, processing, and resulting the samples for all types of labs in the center.
