Key Achievements

  • Successfully Implemented a comprehensive recruitment dashboard that facilitated the recruitment progress and sending the weekly recruitment updates to our internal stakeholders.
  • Successfully Closed 43% of RCU's 2022 positions.

My role as an area HR director is leading the HR & Administration Function for IHG Managed properties (9 Properties) in the central region, these properties include Intercontinental Riyadh, Voco Hotel, Holiday Inn Hotels & Crowne Plaza Hotels located in the city of Riyadh.

  • Secured 4 Main contracts with a total value of SR 9 Million in the first year.
  • Headcount has reached to 350 employees within the first year.
  • Startup is being managed by a team of 7 employees at the head office.
  • Saudization (Nationalization) percentage is Platinum Level which is the highest level of required nationalization in KSA.

  • Successfully reached from a 50%-65% closure of all open positions to an average of 90%-95% closure of all open positions across KSA.
  • Launched Daily, Weekly & Monthly Recruitment KPIs to recruiters across KSA & created visibility for recruitment performance on Country & Regional level.
