Instruct students with physical, cognitive, and emotional/behavioral challenges by adapting and developing educational materials to meet the unique needs of students. Strive to ensure that students reach their full learning potential.

• Four years of experience being classroom teaching and dealing with many kinds of disabilities.
• Develops and writes Individual Education Plans (IEP) for each student.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Prepares lesson plans and develops creative teaching and learning activities that meets physical, emotional, and educational needs of students.
• Working with many different disabilities such as Autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, speech disorders, behavioral and emotional disorders, learning disabilities..etc.
• Provide ongoing and periodic evaluations of student’s progress and make recommendations concerning curriculum areas .
• Directly supervises on paraprofessionals in the classroom and carries out supervisory responsibilities.
• Training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Provide accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Provide ongoing evaluation for student’s progress by uses Brigance assessment, VP-mapp and ABBLES Maintain an accurate record keeping system.

• Clinic senior therapist.
• Provide consultation for caregiver of the autism children.
• Educate family of autistic children as part of 'Family Support Service'
• Write and monitor student progress reporting and support other therapist with designing progress reports.
• Worked with mild to severe students diagnosed with autism.
• Responsible for designing Individual Education Plan (IEP)
