circa €65M
Project Duration:
24 months
Summary:
I assisted the project manager responsible for the complete resurfacing and the installation of new ground lighting systems on Dublin Airport's primary runway which, at the time, handled about 95% of all flights at Dublin Airport.

I coordinated stakeholders and project messaging. I completed daily progress reports as well as authoring Dublin Airport's first construction noise specification for the project. My greatest achievement on this project was developing sound logistics and communications plans which ensured the project was delivered without a single flight diversion.
