• Review new SAP notifications and clarify work contents (with support from Operations and Maintenance discipline, as applicable), accept notifications meeting required quality criteria and convert them to a right work order type.

• Create Work Orders /Job Packs with complete information (job plans, task lists, activity type, work center, crafts, estimated duration and hours, external services, fleet objects, PRTs and required spares / materials reservations with costs allocated to right CC / GL / WBS) to allow efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance work.

• Maintain a list of Work Orders that are on-hold either due to non-availability / release of equipment (H-30 Status). Review with Operations on daily basis to assess the possibility of releasing the related equipment and plan the work orders for equipment agreed to be released.

• Ensure quality & completeness of historical data at TECO of maintenance work in SAP i.e., (actual work details, actual hours in SAP Work Orders) and (Technical history in SAP Notification / Activity Report) by concerned maintenance sections to facilitate reliability assessments of related equipment.

• Create Standard Task Lists with defined labor and materials for recurring CM order as part of equipment master data for better planning and improving work efficiency of similar future orders.

• On-time communications with Operations, Safety, Warehouse and Technical Services.

• Prepared Shutdown plan and execute as per schedule and day to day reporting to Management.

• Prepared list of logistical requirements to support implementation of overhauling plan.

• Identify, plan and prepare PRs for the required spare parts, tools, materials and consumables for the scheduled plant overhauls.

• Responsible to create material code in SAP for all the spare parts identified using MM01 in the basis of operation manual.

• Conduct training/Support for Wave 1-4 PCPPI (Pepsi Cola Products Philippines Inc.)

• Support Implementation/Full-Cycle/Master Data

• Support the process of SAP-PM to Manufacturing/IT/Marketing/Fleet department

• Implement the process of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance

• Create notifications and convert to maintenance order.

• Performed Preventive & Corrective maintenance scheduling.

• Responsible to create PRs for spare parts for the requirements of the plant.

• Utilizes and supervises manpower in the operation of production machineries

• Troubleshoots machine breakdown within the manageable downtime period and minimizing electric power consumption.

• Performs on line checking of production machineries and advises engineering personnel for the maintenance requirements.

• Ensures that the plant is operating in compliance to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards. Ensure updated records and documents for the GMP, HACCP and Production Audits are readily available.

• Supervises the production personnel who are tasked to ensure compliance to the Good

Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).

• Assign as SAP Production Controller which handles monitoring of production data using SAP PP module and maintains accurate and up to date information within the system.

• Handles monthly and quarterly inventory count for production. Reconciles, consolidate inventory count and variances with accounting department and provide necessary resolutions to the variance.

• Responsible for making suggestion and improvements to the existing monitoring process.

• Performs shift turnover and notify team members of major events and unresolved issues

• Prepares material requisition documents and production reports

• Prepares repair work order of production facilities using SAP PM and coordinates with facility officer for the execution.
