Communication with company employees, client and other interested parties in a civil and respectful manner.

• Communicate only the facts not hearsay or rumors.

• No confidential information or data shall be communicated to outside personnel at any times. This includes

methodology, statistical data and data concerning C.A.T. Personnel.

• Take extreme care when sending e-mails internally/externally and ensure that they are not copied to

recipients that should not be party to the information.

• Using of the Bcc function when sending e-mails is strictly forbidden and violation can lead to strict action.

• Communication & coordination with site engineers, supervisors, foremen and their respective crews in

implementation and compliance of HSE policies, procedures & standards.

• Communicate safety rules and standards to the subcontractor workforce.

• Communicate CSM, GI’s, CSSP,HIP and JSA etc. requirements to all site management and ensure availability

of required necessary HSE documents at site with all concerned parties.

• Directly reported to HSE Coordinator/Manager.
• Carrying out risk assessment.
• Inspection.
• Dealing with different people.
• FMS for CEBAHI.
• Checking the departments safety rules.
• Writing OVR.
• Deal with chemical spill kit.
