• Delivered personalized treatment and tailored care for patients with Diabetes, utilizing MDI and Pump therapy, both in clinic and virtually.
• Enhanced the quality system at Diabeter SA, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and CBAHI standards.
• Identified opportunities for operational process improvement and developed innovative workflows and tools to drive efficiency.
• Supported business development activities by managing Diabeter Saudi's social media accounts, website, and devising effective marketing strategies to facilitate future expansion.
• Collected comprehensive data using Electronic Health Record System (ERS), meticulously analyzing and interpreting it to generate insightful reports for informed decision-making.
