• Project Overview: Developed a web-based cafeteria pre-ordering system that enables university students and staff to browse menus and place orders in advance, aiming to improve the ordering process and reduce waiting time.
• Responsibilities: Handled methodology, requirements analysis, and system testing. Analyzed user feedback and project requirements, developed detailed test cases, compared expected and actual results, and documented testing outcomes and identified issues.
• Results & Achievements: Identified key findings and areas for improvement through systematic analysis and testing, contributing to the system’s functionality, usability, and overall quality.
