• Participate in Quality Management (QM), and related meetings, decision making, implementation and review of Departmental QM, Safety and Administrative policy Manuals
• Monitor the requirements of the laboratory's users and recommend that they reflected within quality performance measures
• Participate as to ensure accreditation standards JCI/CBAHI/CAP are maintained and educate laboratory staff in principle and practice quality management
• Implement and maintain a safe working laboratory environment and the laboratory Infection control and Safety policies
• Support accreditation process undertaken throughout the CML&BB through participate in identifying Quality Improvement objectives, indicate /monitor and initiate corrective action as needed
• Identify issues and trends from data such as complaint reports to assess and implement system improvements
• Response to incident reports and prompts investigation and corrective action to prevent recurrence
• Manage and monitor inventory management in CML& BB.

• Nucleic acid extraction from different samples such as whole blood, buffycoat, saliva, and tissue manual procedures for example, NaCl, Jet Quick, and Qiagen extraction
• In addition, automated extraction dealing with Roche MagNa Pure compact system, Qiagen QIAsymphony and Hamilton STAR Line instruments
• Fully monitoring and troubleshooting Hamilton STAR Line instrument and Active Sample Manager system for internal and external databases
• Real-time PCR and gene expression analysis
• RNA extraction using manual Invitrogen kit
• Banking and managing several projects, for instance, Multiple sclerosis, Myasthenia gravis, HLA, cord blood, Coronary heart disease, Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, Wilson's disease, and others

• Joined the Saudi Carrier Development Program for a year in Immunopathology Laboratory (Histocompatibility, Serology, Stem Cell)
• Specialized & worked in Histocompatibility (serology, Flow cytometry & Molecular): -Processed clinical specimens submitted for histocompatibility testing for patients awaiting organ transplantation such as HLA typing, HLA antibody screening “Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA)”
• Lymphocyte cross matching by serology CDC and flow cytometry for patients awaiting organ transplants
• Flow cytometry (FACS) three colour analyser for T &B lymphocyte cells stained with FITC, PE, PerCP, and other flurochromes cross matching donor and patient data analysis
• Molecular HLA (Low Resolution, High Resolution) includes DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and PCR using sequence specific primers (SSP) AND amplified using universal primers for downstream sequence specific oligonucleotide (SSO) hybridization using Luminex for Molecular Typing
