Matt Di Virgilio

Proven leader with extensive experience in team and relationship building. Have particular experience across the retail sector in addition to my experience with the CFS as a volunteer firefighter. I excel in driving teams to exceed targets through innovative problem-solving and effective communication. I am an avid believer of success through promoting a collaborative work environment. Responsible individual with a strong work ethic and to safely and efficiently achieve tasks. I have a proven track record in managing high-pressure situations and executing rescue operations. Demonstrated expertise in teamwork and strategic problem-solving.

This year, I coached a team of 23 young men to a premiership in the SANFL junior competition. I have a great belief that coaching junior sports is crucial for the development of young athletes, both on and off the field as it helps develop life skills, promotes physical activity, builds confidence and self esteem and helps me become a good role model for our children o the future. Coaching this team to a premiership was rewarding and was the culmination of 10 months of hard work.
